Healing Begins with Grace

Now accepting clients for individual therapy!

What Is Talk Therapy?

Talk therapy, also known as psychotherapy, is a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with a trained mental health professional. Through conversation, you’ll gain insight, learn new coping skills, and work through life’s challenges at your own pace.

Common types of talk therapy I provide include CBT, DBT, trauma informed, solution-focused, and faith based. The approach used will vary for each client depending on their unique needs.

Benefits of Talk Therapy

There are countless benefits to therapy, but some of the main ones reported are emotional relief, improved coping skills, healthier relationships, and improved self-awareness.

Expressing your thoughts and feelings can reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. When stabilized, individuals are able to gain a deeper understanding of their patterns, triggers, and needs. These tools can then be used to improve communication, set boundaries, and build stronger connections.

Welcome! I recently fulfilled my dream of opening a private practice. I’m so excited to be here, and I hope you are too. I work with children, teens, and adults facing challenges related to childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and parenting stress. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and grace—because I believe healing happens when we feel safe, understood, and empowered. My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving, at your own pace and with the support you deserve.
